Our European territories have been the theatre, for several years now, of large movements of populations that translate into massive and uncontrollable immigration, the consequences of which are incalculable in the short, medium and long term. A number of European humanitarian NGOs are unfortunately contributing to this phenomenon in an important way and are complicit in this situation with an emotional approach, shared by a part of the Member States, purely Focused on respect for human rights, without taking into account the often deadly consequences of their actions for the migrants themselves. This very laudable vision, however, tends to show its limits, and it is now a matter of working towards a genuine political approach based primarily on the interests and sole responsibility of the European States. To this end, it would be good if NGOs funded indirectly by European taxpayers were to be deprived of funds if they were found to be actively contributing to this migratory phenomenon.
Can the European Commission ensure that European funds do not go towards NGOs involved in active support for illegal immigration?
